- Right click the player and click on Statistics. "The network or internet connection is :" this should be more than 650 kbps for the stream to be smooth . If it is low then the problem is at your end and your internet is slower that the streams requirement!
 - Your internet has to be 650 kbps at all times (do a speed test at http://speakeasy.net/speedtest - choose Dallas, TX)
 - Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6
 - Make sure you have the latest Windows Media Player (download it from here)
 - Make sure your router or firewalls are not blocking access to the player
 - Make sure that you are not on wireless internet (WiFi) or check if your wireless connection has excellent connection speed
